That’s why we’re always on the lookout for eager talent to join the club. Right now, our Customer Happiness Team is looking for Temporary Orders Assistants to support our tasting tour events. This short-term role is perfect for someone enthusiastic and detail-oriented. You’ll be responsible for placing wine orders for customers who’ve just attended one of our tastings, ensuring their experience ends on a high note—with a smooth and simple checkout process and delicious wines on their way. Requirements Location: You'll need to come to our Norwich Office on Chapelfield Road for the duration of your short term contract. What will I be doing? Working at our UK head office in central Norwich, you should expect to spend your time Accurately inputting customer wine orders into our system based on post-tour order forms Ensuring all order details are correct, complete, and processed in a timely manner Handling order volumes efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail Flagging any discrepancies or issues with order information We’re looking for someone who… Is highly organised and detail-oriented Works well under pressure and can handle repetitive tasks with accuracy Has excellent data entry and basic systems skills Can work independently and follow established processes Enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Is reliable, punctual, and a team player What are the hours? This is a short term position consisting of 5 days* work from Wednesday 18th June until Tuesday 24th June (excluding Saturday & Sunday). The hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with an hour off for lunch (which is unpaid), and you’ll need to be able to work from our Norwich office. *Please note: There is a possibility that this role may be extended beyond the initial 5 days, depending on business needs When would I start? You'll get started on Wednesday 18th June with a half-day of training, then you'll dive straight into placing orders so you'll need to be able to pick things up quickly.
