The Role We are seeking a Transaction Manager to join our Volkswagen store based in Coulsdon to facilitate the delivery of good customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and additional products. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced car sales professional who are looking to progress their career. What you'll do Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules & guidelines Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Executives, balancing the need for a good outcomes with sales performance.
