Warehouse Clerk The role will include but not be limited to: Process carrier, labor, material and equipment orders. Maintain warehouse inventory, coordinate rubbish and broken pallet collections, and assistwith yard and equipment management. Manage daily labor efficiency reports, staff working time and other leave applications. Assist in conducting H&S documents, risk assessments, and temp staff inductions, includingequipment maintenance and fixed asset registration. Monitor shipment data, fill out required forms, and assist with basic data analysis andproject-related tasks. Assist in handling transportation driver inquiries and perform tasks assigned by the linemanager. The successful applicant must have: ◦ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and Mandarin, as thisrole needs to communicate effectively with the HQ in China. ◦ Previous Administrator experience is advanced but not essential. ◦ Basic knowledge of Microsoft. ◦ Ability to work on own initiative in a busy environment. ◦ Maintenance experience is advanced but not essential.
