    • We have an exciting opportunity available for Early Help Contact Workers to join us in the Early Help team here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a casual basis. The role entails observing, monitoring and completing a record of family sessions. We promote and support positive family time contact between children and their families, whilst they are going through the court process. The role is based at The Palm Centre in Wokingham town centre and offers a flexible working style but we are recruiting to afternoons and early evening - typically 3 - 6 p.m. Please note this is a casual contract - meaning the hours are flexible on a weekly basis and does not attract a monthly salary but rather a weekly timesheet which is paid on the 28th of each month. It may suit someone not wishing to commit to set hours on a weekly basis, or those looking to return to the workplace on a casual basis. Full training, support and supervision will be given as well as accumulating annual leave.
