About the Role As a Senior Recruitment Adviser, you will be at the forefront of attracting, engaging, and securing top-tier talent. You will: Lead executive recruitment campaigns, partnering closely with the Vice-Chancellor’s Office (VCO) and senior leaders to deliver high-profile hiring strategies Spearhead large-scale academic recruitment campaigns, ensuring an efficient, data-driven, and candidate-centric hiring process Deliver recruitment and selection training to hiring managers and People Operations teams, enhancing capability and embedding best practices Use recruitment data and analytics to inform talent management strategies, identifying trends to improve hiring outcomes Contribute to workforce planning, supporting the university in building a sustainable talent pipeline Enhance employer branding and candidate attraction, leveraging LinkedIn, social media, and direct sourcing to proactively engage talent Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, maximising their effectiveness and optimising subscriptions to ensure the best return on investment Develop and maintain external recruitment networks, fostering strategic partnerships to strengthen our talent pipeline Oversee and refine the People Help Desk recruitment support, ensuring efficient query resolution and continuous service improvement Monitor and evaluate recruitment channels and sourcing strategies, using insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance and governance in all recruitment activities, advising on complex recruitment matters and best practices About You We are looking for an ambitious, forward-thinking recruitment professional who: Has proven experience in executive search, talent attraction, and volume recruitment Is digitally savvy, with experience in LinkedIn Recruiter, social media sourcing, and digital talent acquisition tools Understands recruitment marketing and employer branding, with a track record of innovative approaches to candidate engagement Is confident in building and managing external networks, from recruitment agencies to industry partners Has excellent stakeholder management skills, collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams Can deliver impactful training on recruitment and selection best practices Uses data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and talent management Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, ensuring the best candidate and hiring manager experience Why Join Us?
