Highfields Primary Academy are looking to appoint a Assistant Principal to join our academy in September 2025, on a full time, permanent basis. Interviews will take place on 22 May 2025. As an Assistant Principal, you will form part of the Senior Leadership Team and you will deputise for the Head of Academy in their absence. You will provide proactive support to the Head of Academy, Executive Principal and AAB members to ensure the leadership and management of the academy operates effectively.
