Job Description
SFR Medical: Client Relationship Manager (CRM) – looking for full-time employees to work from home Who we are SFR Medical provides written medical reports for UK police forces to use in the investigation and conviction of violent crimes. We have been in existence for seven years – our proprietary solution has reduced waiting times for the production of medical reports from several months to five days (and at times to less than one hour). This greatly helps police officers, NHS staff, the criminal justice system, but most importantly, victims. What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail who has the desire to be a part of a fast-growing social and entrepreneurial company. The CRM role is an integral position in our business as CRMs drive the request process from submission to completion. Key attributes of individuals who excel in this role is conscientiousness and reliablity, as well as the ability to communicate professionally to police officers and medical administrative staff - building rapport, respect and trust. All communication should be grammatically correct, timely and honest. You must also have a positive can-do attitude, a willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to new processes. Attending training (which we provide) is mandatory. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensuring each request for medical evidence is completed within ten working days. This involves the monitoring and actioning of all requests using our proprietary software platform within 24 hours of them being received (during working hours). Relaying the relevant information and documents between all groups that work in connection with SFR Medical; police officers, medical secretaries, the writers of the reports (our team of medical professionals) and our report managers. Presenting statistical data (data will be provided to you) via virtual meetings to seniors of the police forces that you manage the requests for. Attending virtual meetings with other members of the Operations Team. Other things to note: You will be handling extremely sensitive information, so you will need to adhere to specific security and safety protocols, as well ensure that your actions are compliant with the Data Protection Act 2018. This a working-from-home role for which SFR Medical will supply a company laptop. The ideal candidate needs to be able to studiously work from home. In order to help our clients and the victims they represent, the ideal candidate needs to be self-motivated to strive for targets, willing to help others within the team when needed and keen to suggest improvements to any processes as they become apparent. We are looking to hire two applicants to expand our team; All successful applicants will start their two-week training for this role on Friday 16th May 2025 (around 2 hours of training/reading training materials is required each day in the training weeks), and start managing the requests of their assigned police forces from Monday 2nd June 2025 onwards. The successful applicants will be required to returned signed contracts and complete vetting applications before Friday 11th May 2025. Pay is based on the size of the police forces you manage, therefore the current range of the initial starting monthly salary ranges between £2300 and £3500. The number of forces that you manage will likely increase with time in the role. This permanent position has an initial three-month probationary period. The CRM position has enormous potential upside, ranging from the ability to make a real impact on the criminal justice system to getting experience in an early-stage entrepreneurial venture with founders who are passionate about helping others. About us SFR Medical (https://sfrmedical.com)is a social entrepreneurial MedTech start-up based in London. SFR Medical exists to expedite the provision of medical evidence for victims of violent crime. The traditional system is slow, cumbersome, unreliable and fragmented. Experiencing such frustrations as part of the everyday workings of the NHS, our Executive Team piloted a process which formed the origins of our now efficient SFR Medical process, resulting in a 85% reduction in waiting times, increased confidence in local policing and less frustration for the hospitals. Following the great success of this pilot, SFR Medical was founded. Since SFR Medical’s inception, our team has grown, our operational processes have been enhanced and refined, our cybersecurity strengthened to the highest standards and our product offering list expanded. However, what remains at SFR Medical’s core is our vision to create a world where victims of violent crimes are supported through robust technology, compassion and accurate data.
