Peterborough College is seeking a dedicated and professional Executive PA to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Vice Principal of Curriculum & Quality and support when required for the wider Executive Team. As our Executive PA, your responsibilities will include: • Managing complex diaries and arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders. • Handling confidential correspondence and acting as the first point of contact for the executives. • Preparing accurate minutes for senior-level meetings. • Organising travel arrangements and accommodation. • Managing boardroom bookings across our Peterborough and Stamford campuses. • Providing administrative support when required to the wider Executive Team and undertaking ad-hoc projects. What are we looking for? We are seeking a highly motivated individual with: • Significant PA experience, ideally within the further education sector (desirable). • Accurate minute-taking skills and attention to detail. • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships. • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive office suite. • A proactive and discreet approach to handling confidential information. • A commitment to providing a high-quality, student-centred service.
