The Role We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will oversee the day-to-day management of our residential portfolio, ensuring top-tier living conditions, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with property regulations. Job Description: The company is seeking skilled Knitter to join production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial knitting machines to manufacture high-quality narrow fabrics. Key Responsibilities Manage ongoing maintenance and repair of properties. Conduct regular property inspections and organise necessary actions. Oversee refurbishment and renovation projects. Serve as the primary contact for tenant queries and concerns. Coordinate move-ins/outs, including tenant referencing and lease documentation. Minimise vacancies through effective marketing and letting strategies. Monitor rental payments and handle arrears where necessary. Ensure legal compliance for all properties (e.g., safety and licensing). Maintain up-to-date property records and compliance documentation. Assist with financial tracking and budgeting for property expenses. Offer insights on market trends and property acquisitions. Negotiate with and supervise external contractors and service providers. What We're Looking For Education: Minimum: GCSEs including English and Maths. Preferred: Degree or diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, or Business; industry certifications (e.g., ARLA, RICS, NFOPP). Experience: 2–3 years in residential property management. Experience with buy-to-let portfolios or refurbishment projects is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Strong problem-solving and self-management. In-depth knowledge of UK housing laws and landlord responsibilities.
