Job summary We are seeking to recruit an experienced, highly motivated Practice Nurse to join our friendly, innovative team who are committed to delivering high standard of patient care. You will need to have previous experience working in primary care and have a fully rounded set of skills . You will work both independently and as a member of our multidisciplinary team and will be fully supported by clinical and non-clinical staff. Main duties of the job You will be supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. You will work alongside GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners , and our dedicated practice nurse team , with additional support from skilled managerial, reception, and administrative staff. As a Practice Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients, utilising your experience in General Practice Nursing, minor illness, and chronic disease management.
