IT Support Analyst UE07 £39,347 – £46,974 per annum ISG / Applications Directorate / Production Management Full time, 35 Hours per week Open-ended contract We’re currently offering an exciting role for an IT/Applications Support Analyst to join our friendly Production Management team and work at the heart of one of the world’s leading universities. The role involves helping to support a variety of applications and offers a competitive salary of £39,347 – £46,974pa. This role offers a hybrid working pattern, with weekly anchor days worked on-campus in Edinburgh and the rest from home. The team would prefer full-time working hours (35hrs per week), but are committed to offering flexibility, so part-time hours or other flexible working options, i.e. compressed hours or staggered start/finish times, will be considered. What the job involves: Providing high quality technical support for corporate applications and working with colleagues and business partners across areas to ensure the smooth running of LIVE systems primarily under Student/Academic services (E.g.: Tribal SITS) Contributing specialist business and technical expertise to project teams ensuring that new IT systems and facilities are introduced successfully with minimal risk to the ongoing operation of university business.
