Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint an efficient and motivated Admin Supervisor to be based at Forest Lodge an 18-bedded unit near Southampton City Centre supporting 6 female residents and 12 male residents in a communal living environment. At the unit, we proactively support residents experiencing mental health and associated difficulties to improve and/or maintain their health and wellbeing, and social inclusion, promoting the principles of recovery, choice, and personalisation at all times.We are seeking an administrator with supervisory experience to work in this fast paced, multi dimensional role covering front facing and wider service support.You will be part of a well-established and dedicated team comprising a wide range of professionals and will be responsible for providing a fully comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the team. You will work under the guidance of the Administration Manager providing support and cover to the service as identified. You will be required to work autonomously and manage your own workload and at the same time be flexible to change and be willing to take direction of given tasks.Main duties of the jobYou will need to demonstrate a strong team work ethic, robust leadership skills, effective interpersonal, communication skills, be extremely well organised and possess a strong working knowledge of IT.
