Job summaryWe are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to work with our team in providing comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Gloucestershire Diabetic Eye Screening Programme.The post holder will liaise with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure that the best possible care is offered. They will need excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a busy team, remaining calm under pressure.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be required to assist with maintaining electronic records of diabetic patients within Gloucestershire and ensure that patients are invited for screening in a timely manner.They will need good telephone experience and keyboard skills to book and rearrange appointments and have excellent attention to detail.
