Job summaryWe are committed to providing high quality mental health care; are you?We provide care and treatment to service users who are experiencing an acute mental health crisis and require a short period of hospital care to support their recovery. Melbury Lodge is based in Winchester and cares for the needs of service users across Hampshire and beyond. We house several community teams and four inpatient wards: Clover Ward (Mother and Baby Unit), Snowdrop Ward (Older Persons Ward), Rosemary Ward (Adult Female Ward), Sherwood Ward (Adult Male Ward).We now have a vacancy for a part-time Administrator, to cover Monday to Friday, 4.5hrs working days.Main duties of the jobAs a team player, you will be expected to work as part of a wider administration service supporting front line staff, service user and carers. In addition to welcoming visitors and outpatients to the building, you will have a variety of general admin tasks such as filing, printing/copying, and laminating. You will be responsible for contacting out-of-hours estates services for emergency repairs, and for opening the reception area.
