Job summaryManaging Haematology emergencies within the ward-based setting.Managing patients within the new and follow up clinic including complex chronic conditions.Day unit management of patients including prescribing chemotherapy and managing complications.Laboratory based Haematology including reporting blood films and Bone marrow biopsies. Use of the lab for transfusion medicine and coagulation testing.
