Support surgical procedures by facilitating communication between teams and ensuring safe patient transfer post-surgery.Communication and Relationship Skills: Effectively communicate with patients, colleagues, and caregivers, adapting communication methods to individual needs. Provide feedback, and maintain accurate records.Knowledge, Training & Experience: Adhere to regulations and procedures, prioritise and organise workload efficiently, and continuously update knowledge and skills.
