Job summaryDue to the development and expansion of our services we wish to recruit enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Referral and Booking Management Centre, base located in Bensham Hospital, Gateshead with sites at Metrocentre, Gateshead.As an Appointments Administrator, you will provide a high quality, patient focused, appointment booking service, within Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust, supporting trust wide initiatives to ensure continued progression towards improving services to patients.You will be responsible for utilising available outpatient and radiology capacity in a systematic way considering clinical priority length of waiting time to ensure patients appointments are allocated according to clinical need and equitable waiting times as directed by local and national guidance.Please note the Trust is not able to offer Skilled Worker Sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the UKVI threshold requirements.
