Duties include providing specialist advice to Stroke, Frailty, Surgery, Gastroenterology and Orthopaedics inpatients in the acute hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals and outpatient clinics. You will liaise closely with the patient's relatives and carers regarding ongoing nutritional care and discharge planning. You will also provide expert nutritional advice and knowledge to the wider MDT.In community settings you will support patients in face to face clinics, via virtual/telephone clinics, as well as in their home and in care-home settings, to manage their oral and enteral nutritional requirements.Our close knit and supportive team of over 40 clinicians includes; Dietitians, Trainee Advanced Practice Dietitians, First contact Practice, Dietetic Assistants and Dietetic Apprentices.
