Job summaryCwm Taf Morgannwg UHB is looking for an enthusiastic and forward thinking SCPHN School Nurse to promote the health and well being of school aged children. The successful candidate will be required to work within their allocated area, but will be expected to support colleagues across the health board when the need arises.Applicants must have an in-depth knowledge of the public health agenda for children and young people, taking an innovative and proactive approach to address factors affecting their health and wellbeing .
