Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 7 Practice Development Midwife (PDM) to join our team.As a PDM you will be responsible for advancing and enhancing the quality of care within Maternity.The role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating educational and developmental programmes for midwives and other healthcare professionals to improve clinical practices and patient outcomes.The PDM team plays a vital role in advancing the knowledge, skills, and practices of midwives, ultimately improving the quality of care provided to service users and their familiesFull-time and part time positions are available.
