There is a clear culture of accountability, and all ideas are listened to and welcomed.Main duties of the jobWhat's involved?To provide a comprehensive Occupational Health, Safety & Wellbeing service to the Trusts and contracted organisations in line with good occupational health practice and current health and safety legislation.Provision of advice to management teams on current issues, acting within minimum guidelines and establishing how professional policies should be interpreted and implemented.Working to best practice models to ensure that the service must be equitable, confidential and easily accessed by all employees and service delivery must be compliant with national service standards.Some budgetary responsibilities, including to be responsible for the purchase of consumable and some physical asserts.
