Job summaryWe are seeking a part time Business Support Administrator with excellent communication, customer service and administration skills to join our team at the Community Child Health Building at Church Lane in Exeter. The post-holder will be providing reception support to a range of psychotherapy teams and is the first point of contact for our visitors and callers who use our services.The position is 30 hours per week.Main duties of the jobGreeting and liaising with patients, clinicians and external agenciesEmail and telephone correspondenceManage meeting room bookingsScanning and uploading of patient recordsOrdering of stationary, uniform etcLogging of estates issuesIssuing of keysPost/ DeliveriesSupporting Managers/ admin with adhoc tasksProduce clear and accurate written correspondence (including the composition of adhoc routine letters), meeting support, audio recording of minutes and use of Trust Intranet and Internet as requiredAbout usAbout Devon Partnership TrustWe provide mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity services, as well as a range of specialist & secure services for the wider south west region & nationally.
