We also have plenty of car parking on site and the location is handy for public transport, being close to Sainsbury's in Preston and also Preston North End Football Ground/Deepdale.Main duties of the jobWe know how enthusiastic you will be about patient care, and you will really harness and broaden your skills & knowledge, gaining experience within our specialised Lancashire Community Healthcare Hub. If you've a passion for delivery of quality care, service improvement, placing residents and patients at the heart of what we do - then this is the job for you!If you have never considered working in a community setting, this is a unique opportunity to work in a bespoke unit, within a supportive environment with a multi professional team that are supported by a structured leadership framework. You may have an interest or experience in caring for residents or patients with dementia, or you may have a passion for step down or rehabilitation care. We are keen that our residents and patients have stability and consistency in the care we offer, so building relationships with them, their friends and family is key.We will invest such a lot in you and your development by promoting and supporting you, ensuring you stay up to date with all clinical competencies.
