What is the job role? St Osburg’s is a one form entry primary school and nursery, conveniently situated in the heart of the city of Coventry. We are looking for: Caretaker/Site Services Officer – permanent Grade 4 (point 6 - point 14) (30 hours) (£23,893 – £27,334) Come and join our supportive and dedicated staff team at St Osburg’s! We are a fun loving, vibrant, successful school who want the very best for our pupils! Due to the retirement of our long serving Site Service Officer we are looking to recruit. Who are we looking for? The successful candidate will work under the direction of the School Business Manager and Headteacher to ensure all day to day maintenance, security and management of the school site is in place. Key aspects of the role are oversight of the cleaning team and to play an active role in the health and safety of all aspects of the school premises. Split Shifts 7.30 - 10.30am then 3 - 6pm Monday - Friday 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year 28 days holiday plus bank holidays Negotiation of hours may be possible for a suitable candidate eg. less hours/change of timings If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to carry out this varied role, we would love to hear from you.
