Job summaryThe post holder will be a member of staff providing support and phlebotomy to the service users of the Tower Hamlets Clozapine Clinic. The role will entail providing support to service users and carers with an emphasis on social inclusion. The Clinic works closely with other teams across the borough, particularly the Pharmacy Department. Weekly contracted hours will be 22 hours: Mondays Tuesdays and Wednesdays.Main duties of the jobTo provide service users and carers presenting to the Clozapine Clinic with a comprehensive multidisciplinary range of skills. To regularly review and change care after discussion with the team according to service users need.To carry out duties designated by the Clinic Manager and/or other qualified members of staff.
