Job summaryAre you an experienced administrator, looking to flex your creative muscles and dip your toe into the world of NHS communications and engagement?This is an exciting opportunity for an administration assistant to join Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust's busy communications and engagement team. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for the team, managing administration duties for the department such as supporting event and campaign planning, writing agendas and minuting meetings, raising Purchase Orders, liaising with printers and suppliers, and more.At #TeamCWPT we grow our own - we would be happy to support someone who would like to do an apprenticeship in marketing alongside their role, and you would be given time 'off the job' to support this.This is a flexible role with a mix of at-home and office working.
