The post holder would be based with and work under the supervision/ guidance of Builth Wells and Rhayader District Nurse team.We welcome somebody who is caring, sympathetic and able to learn new skills and provide excellent communication and an attitude that ensures the highest standard of care for our patients. The ability to follow policies and procedures as necessary and is NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent in healthcare.This will also include some administration duties.
