Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen to work for the South Kensington & Chelsea Mental Health Hub (CMHH).Based in Fulham Road, Chelsea, the South K & C CMHH is looking for a passionateMental Health worker who is looking to make a difference whilst working in an environment that promotes staff development and training opportunities.There are two Community Mental Health Hubs in Kensington & Chelsea, one North and one in the South, each is aligned to a local Primary Care Networks (PCN).
