The area you'd be covering is Taunton and surrounding villages, the base will be Parkgate in Taunton.As a community nurse you will be responsible for looking after patients that are housebound, It will involve End of life care, wound and leg ulcer treatment and catheter care and much more.The team covers seven days a week between the hours of 8am to 10pm.Main duties of the jobSupport and training will be given in this post.
