Job summaryAn exciting secondment/ fixed term opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Continence Advisor to join the Bowel and Bladder Paediatric team.We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic self-motived individual who is keen to develop and learn the skills needed to join this specialist team.The successful candidate will be provided with the training and support required to enable them to deliver a high quality service to the CYP and their families/carers who access our services.Main duties of the jobTo work within the children's Bladder and Bowels Service under the direction of the Children's Bladder and Bowel nurses, assisting them in promoting the development of children on their caseloads. This includes participating in the planning, assessment and implementation of programmes of care to meet the specific needs of identified children and their families.
