Job summaryWe have two opportunities for experienced or those ready to step into a Deputy HR Business Partner role. One post is for 30 hours per week (Clinical Support Division) and the other for 21 hours per week (Surgical Division).You will provide high quality advice on all HR issues within the Medical Division and, working with the HR Business Partner, ensure there is the best people management practice including workforce management and development and employee relations in all designated areas. You will support the HR Business Partner to influence improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness and performance of the Division through coaching managers to improve their leadership and people management skills.To work on specific delegated corporate HR projects in line with the HR Directorate business plan.To act as a role model within the HR team and for the team both within the Trust and externally, demonstrating the Trust values at all times.
