Job summaryThis is a 4 month secondment opportunity whilst we are undergoing the recruitment process for a permanent position. Due to the urgent need to fill the post on an interim basis, we require an immediate start. Please ensure you have approval for any internal/external secondments.Reporting to the Director of Nursing the post holder will be an integral member of the Divisional Senior Management Team and will be responsible for the delivery of the Division's nursing strategy in conjunction with the Trust's overall strategy.The Divisional Director of Nursing (DDN) will work with Divisional Medical Director and Divisional Director of Operations to drive operational performance and planning within the Division.
