In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to provide excellent customer support to clinical and non-clinical staff.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be required to work as part of the service desk team under the direction of the Service Desk Manager. The post holder will take specific responsibility for the day to day operation of the DTI Department's Service Desk providing telephone support, face to face support and support via email to all users during the hours 8.00 am to 5.00 pm (Monday to Friday).
