The Role: To support the Insurance Manager in providing a commercially focused, process driven Fleet Insurance claims service to the group. • To record and report all motor insurance claims and notifications to the company approved insurers within 2 working hours of receipt of same. • Keeping all records and documentation up to date for all motor fleet claims. • Liaise with the company insurer to ensure all claims are handled in an effective and efficient manner. • Liaise with the group company / driver to ensure all facts / documentation as gathered. • Timely notification of total loss incidents to Fleet Services, Group Company and leasing providers. • Ensure monitoring / cost control of the insurers approved repairer. • Ensure accident repairs are monitored and coordinated in a timely manner. • Attend quarterly claims meetings with insurers and brokers. • Manage and build good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Regular communication with insurers, brokers, solicitors, approved repairers and group divisions. What You'll Need: • Ideally will have a customer service and/or administration background. • Educated to GCSE Level • Cert CII (although not essential must be working / or willing to work towards) • Experience using Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint). • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Although an understanding of the motor insurance industry would be beneficial, this is not essential as full training will be provided.
