Responsibilities ● Content Design to create visually appealing content that aligns with the brand guidelines and specific project requirements. ● Develop original and engaging designs, including layouts, illustrations, and infographics, ensuring a high level of creativity and adherence to brand standards. ● Comprehend project requirements thoroughly and adhere to specified guidelines to meet the expectations of each project. ● Create digital assets, including infographics, and website layouts, maintaining a consistent visual identity across various platforms. ● Good time management when working towards conflicting deadlines. ● Experience working with Design Systems. ● Ability to create high quality designs. ● Attention to detail, ensuring to maintain high quality standards. ● Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative to drive creative thinking. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with competing priorities. ● Confident to work independently over a range of design aspects across a diverse range of clients. ● Excellent communicating effectively with various stakeholders across technology and the business. ● Working in cross-functional agile teams. ● An active contributor to product roadmap discussions. ● Help develop and define processes and procedures to improve working practices. Skills Required: ● Proficient in graphic design tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to execute high-quality designs. ● Demonstrate a strong attention to detail in design elements, layout, and overall visual aesthetics. ● Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adhere to project deadlines consistently. ● Showcase an online portfolio demonstrating a range of design work and the ability to apply design principles effectively. ● Experience working with motion graphics and will be an additional advantage. ● Communication skills - confident with a collaborative working style, being able to interface with people of all levels, present ideas, and articulate the thinking behind them. ● Manage the design agency and support other members of the team when liaising/briefing external specialists. ● Experience with cloud platforms and Cloud Native technology. ● Passionate about sustainability issues and asset management industry. ● Solid understanding of algorithms and data structures ● Good understanding of computational complexity. ● Able to communicate and collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment. ● Knowledge and experience of a project management tool, such as Jira. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ● Conversant in the web stack: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React Experience: ● Minimum of 2-year prior experience in the role of Graphic Designer. ● Strong design portfolio. ● Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro. ● Experience working within a fast-paced agency environment. ● Research promotional materials in the market to keep ideas fresh and innovative. ● Provide a strong creative input on all projects while also looking for opportunities to maximise returns and make recommendations accordingly. ● Confidence to initiate design ideas, communicate clearly and ask questions. ● Experience in end-to-end life cycle of product and process development, including managing and delivering high quality digital products and processes to end users, from ideation through to delivery, feedback and improvement. ● Demonstrable experience of working on mission-critical in under strict time and budget constraints ● Ability to identify blockers to project success and find ways to unblock them.
