Job summaryContract - Fixed Term 12 monthsThe Community Stroke Rehab team in Enfield are looking for an enthusiastic and stroke specialist Physio to join the team. The team are based at St Michael's Primary care centre with ease of parking for staff and access to Enfield Borough. It is in close proximity to the M25 and has good transport links to Herts and central London.The Community Stroke Rehab Team provides stroke specialist rehabilitation for Enfield residents aged 18+. Care is provided in patient's home and local communities dependent on their functional goals. It is a friendly multidisciplinary team with generic rehabilitation assistants to support patients to carry out treatment plans set by the therapists. We work closely with adult community therapies who are also located within St Michael's.There is planned expansion of the team , following investment into Enfield Community Therapies Services to include neuro psychology provision and psychology assistant support.
