We are looking for dynamic, qualified and experienced HR Manager to work in our health and social care business. A Human Resource qualification like Master's Degree in Human Resource Management with proven track record and experience within UK Health Care Sector is desirable. Requirements: Previous Experience in Health Care Sector is mandatory Minimum 7 years experience in the field of HR Management Master's Degree in HRM or equivalent. Develop and implement company HR Strategy, Employee Relations, Policies and Procedures to promote positive work place environment and compliance. Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and management, providing guidance on a wide range of employee related issues. Dispute and Grievance Management. Design and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Recruitment and Retention Management. Ensuring that the Organisation is compliant with HR Laws/CQC/UKVI standards and guidance. Experience in Talent Management, Payroll Administration, Performance Management, Staff Development and Appraisals. Interpersonal Skills and Conflict Resolution. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with the workforce. Staff Rotas and Time Management. Competency in Microsoft suite of applications.
