Job summaryWorking alongside the Operational Lead to provide Clinical Leadership and support to the Community Therapies teams in East Staffordshire.This role provides a key link between the teams and services in the East and Countywide services, leading on projects supporting innovation and service development as well as maintaining a small clinical caseload of complex patents. There will also be an opportunity to contribute to the P1 rota or support our D2A beds at Barton Cottage depending upon interests and experience.In the East we are uniquely integrated with all other Community Services within our geographical patch, ensuring that the patient is at the core of the care delivery. All Nursing and AHP services are co-located and sat within the same portfolio ensuring a comprehensive, supportive, collaborative leadership structure which you will contribute to and be a part of.Main duties of the jobThis role carries a responsibility to ensure clinical best practice is being informed and delivered in the Community Therapies services. It is the key link between the services located in the East and all other system partners including wider MPFT colleagues, VSCE, PCN, ICB and the acute providers.You will be an integral part of the Therapies Leadership team which is multi-professional and collaborative, with objectives in its own right.
