Develop skills in recording, evaluating and escalating IT incidents to other support teams within the department. Improve and maintain customer service skills in providing high levels of customer satisfaction. Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of supporting documentation for the departmental operational procedures and technicalknowledge base articles.
