Job summaryLinden Ward is an 18 bedded unit. The ward strives to deliver the highest quality of care to our patients and their families during their inpatient stay.We are looking for a dynamic Nurse to join our team.To be responsible for promoting and implementing practice, conducive to the development of high quality patient care, by providing professional clinical and managerial leadership.Main duties of the jobLeadership, lead and deliver safe care, be a visible clinical lead on shift and a point of contact for staff, patients and families.Review of incidents and implement learning, act as deputy in the absence of the ward manager.
