Job summaryLead Nurse - Band 8aCommunity In Patients37.5 hours per week x 2 - permanentWiltshire Health and Care are looking for a lead Nurse to complement their management structure, leading the In Patient Ward Managers and teams.Working alongside the Head of Quality and Head of Operations, you will provide a key link with the clinical areas. Focussing on clinical governance, you will ensure clinical quality within the teams. You will also have a responsibility for the development of Nursing teams within our units to maximise staff potential and meet the ever changing patient demographic.As lead Nurse, we are looking for candidates who are comfortable being visible and accessible.
