Job summaryWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leadership Development professional to join our Organisational & Leadership Development, Wellbeing & Inclusion Service within the People and Culture Directorate. The successful candidate with be responsible for supporting the development of the organisation's leadership and management capability and the personal effectiveness of our people.You will have a strong track record in designing, delivering and evaluating Leadership and Management Development programmes. This is a real opportunity to impact the culture, working with colleagues across the Trust and in collaboration with colleagues at Dorset County Hospital and the wider integrated care system. You will be joining a small, flexible and supportive team with a large scope of practice across, leadership, management and team development.We currently hybrid work between Dorset HealthCare Trust sites and our homes. The successful candidate must be able to travel independently to work from different locations across the County.Employment in this post requires an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, which the Trust will cover the cost of. Applicants who subscribe to the DBS update service are able to present a valid DBS certificate instead of requiring a new check.Main duties of the jobWorking in collaboration with the Leadership Development Lead, another Leadership & Personal Effectiveness Facilitator and the Team Administrator, the post holder will design, deliver, evaluate and update the leadership and management development programmes across the Trust.Delivering high quality leadership, management and team development interventions whilst liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are being met.Researching to continually develop and improve upon the interventions. Testing and reviewing new concepts, models and methods and keeping up to date with e-learning and web based developments.Working with wider team members in Organisational Development, Wellbeing & Inclusion in the support of the work streams that cross all these areas.Supporting the delivery of the Leadership and Management Development Strategy.
