The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the education, training, and development of our non-registered staff, including Maternity Care Assistants (MCAs) and Maternity Support Workers (MSWs).The successfil candidate will work as an effective member of the clinical team across maternity services to ensure the non-registered staff are well-supported and encouraged to develop additional clinical skills.
