Job summaryAn opportunity has arisen for a motivated, well organized, and committed individual who is happy to use their own initiative. This role will be based in Pullman Court, Gloucester Royal Hospital, 37.5 hours a week Monday-Friday on a permanent basis. Part time (job share) will be considered for a suitable applicant.Main duties of the jobThe successful applicant will provide an efficient, confidential & professional secretary service to the specialty teams. This will include administration and secretarial support to enable provisions of patients care.Good communication skills with all members of the public, general practitioners and other teams within the hospital trust is essential to ensure a proficient, high quality service for patients and clinicians.You will need to be able to meet targets and deadlines. Also you will need to be able to work under pressure whilst making decisions for the service.
