Job summaryDerbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation TrustMental Health Professionals: North Derbyshire Early intervention Service.Bayheath HouseChesterfieldFixed term/Secondment Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner post.An exciting opportunity has arisen for Mental Health Practitioner to join the North Derbyshire Early Intervention Service to support the team with their work with people experiencing a first episode of psychosis.We are looking for a committed, dynamic, enthusiastic mental health practitioner to work within our friendly, multi-disciplinary, innovative team; this posts is open to a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with experience and knowledge of this specialism.The post holder will work closely with people referred into the service and with their family members in order to promote optimism and potential around vocation and independence. We are looking for committed individuals, who enjoy being part of a team and who value their therapeutic work.
