Job summaryThe Neonatal Community Outreach Team supports babies and their families across the Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS). The Neonatal Community Outreach Team are based and hosted by UHCW, but work across George Eliot and South Warwickshire NHS Trust providing specialist community care for babies and their families.Due to service growth we are recruiting for an additional administrator to support with the clerical duties of the Neonatal Community Outreach Team.*** Please be advised that interviews are proposed for 11th July 2024 ***Main duties of the jobThe post holder will provide direct administrative support to the Neonatal Community Outreach Team (NCOT), part of the Women & Children's Clinical Group. The post holder will support the Senior Neonatal Outreach Administrator and the Neonatal Community Outreach Team in their administrative duties including managing diaries and appointments, arranging, and attending meetings, taking effective minutes/action notes, supporting data collation and the administrative side of the Neonatal Community Outreach Service.They will be expected to provide a high quality, broad range of administrative and secretarial duties to enable the effective delivery of the service; providing a confidential, efficient and responsive work ethic in accordance with Trust and Departmental guidelines, policies and procedures.The Neonatal Community Outreach Service operates 7 days a week between the hours of 08:00-18:00.The post holder will be based at UHCW, however may occasionally be asked to travel to the other sites.
