Job summaryWe are looking for an advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team at Wincanton Medical Centre, which is part of Symphony Healthcare Services.The hours available are 37.5 hours per week on a Permanent contract. Working pattern to be discussed at interview. The Salary range is £40,221.81 - £56,216.67 per annum pro rata with an NHS or Nest Pension offered.Main duties of the jobThe Nurse Practitioner will work within their professional boundaries; will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of their care. They will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the general practice. They will work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures.
