You'll also have the opportunity to develop, shape and demonstrate your skills and creativity in this role whilst meeting our ambitious people plan and Trust strategy.Main duties of the jobPROFESSIONALThis role will deputise for the Head of OD and Inclusion Manager, It forms part of the wider HR senior leadership team, providing a level of autonomy to shape and drive the OD and inclusion agenda.You will provide expert OD and Inclusion advice, support and interventions across the Trust from Executive level to ward based and corporate colleagues.Under direction from the Head of OD and Inclusion you will work with directors/managers across the Trust to understand their business needs and develop effective, measurable people focused solutions to meet these requirements.You will lead on the development and implementation of numerous projects (simultaneously), in response to national, regional, or local developments (both within in the NHS and externally) in OD and Inclusion to ensure that the Trust and its functions continue to remain aligned with relevant external agendas and legal requirements.Working autonomously, adhere to governance and reporting processes managing priorities and deadlines in accordance with legislation and the implementation plan for the 5-year people plan.Simultaneously lead and deliver a variety of complex trust wide and team projects, engaging and influencing a variety of stakeholders to deliver a truly compassionate and inclusive culture, making a positive impact for the work life of colleagues and enhancing patient care.Please see the Job Description for further details.About usThe Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is one of the largest specialist orthopaedic units in Europe.
