Job summaryDo you have professional or personal knowledge and understanding of learning disabilities or autism and want to make a difference?Coventry and Warwickshire's Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Team are recruiting facilitator trainers to deliver online and face-to-face training alongside our lived experience expert co-trainers.The training will be co-delivered to help people understand their role in supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people and the difference they can make to improve care.We have a big task ahead of us with over 45,000 people to train across health and social care, so we need people who share our passion to get it right for people with a learning disability and autistic people.The training day will start at 8.30 and finish at 5.30.Main duties of the jobHow to ApplyPlease see the job description and person specification for the skills required for the role.You will also need to be available for a 2-day training event 19 and 20 June.
