Liaison Psychiatry services address the mental health needs of people being treated for their physical needs within the general hospital in Accident and Emergency and people admitted to general acute wards.This post is for a substantive full-time Operational Lead who will be based in Shropshire Care Group at Princess Royal Hospital.The expectation is that the Operational Lead will work flexibly alongside the Quality Lead and together with support from the team to provide robust leadership from 8am- 2am. The Team is commissioned to assess and support people from 16 years and above.Main duties of the jobYou will be working closely and be part of a collective leadership with the Liaison mental health leads based at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital which includes the Children and Young Person Clinical Nurse Specialist.
